Devices

This graph shows you the amount of devices seen in passing vs the amount of devices that were converted.

A device is considered converted after 10 minutes of dwell time, although this time can be changed per venue if needed within the Custom Reports filters. This is on the presumption that if a device stays within the range of your site's presence sensors for more than 10 minutes, they have likely come in to grab a drink or some food.

You can also click on ‘Devices (all)’ or ‘Devices (>10 mins)’ at the top to remove them from the graph, as well as hover over the dates to get the exact figure for that date.

Conversion Rate

The conversation rate chart will show the percentage of devices which have been converted (stayed within the range of a presence sensor in your venue long enough to consider this device a converted guest).

It reflects the conversion % from the “Total Footfall vs Converted” graph.

Average Dwell Time

This report will show the Dwell Time of converted devices.

You can use this report to analyse trends in dwell times with different offers, menus, seasons & occasions. Along with comparing against venues and date ranges.

Total Devices by Hour and Day

Total Devices by Hour and Day will allow you to easily see how busy your venues locations are at certain times of the day.

This is useful for looking at your opening and closing times, as you can use this to determine when the passing traffic is busiest.

You can also hover over a bar to bring up the number of total devices (although this could be 1 person with a smart watch, iPhone and laptop = 3 devices) so we would always recommend using this chart to compare trends over time, rather than focusing on exact figures.
