Scheduled Reports Explained

All standard and custom reports can be automatically delivered to a dedicated user’s email address at chosen intervals.

To schedule a report:

  1. Click on the ‘Schedule Report’ button in the top left corner

  1. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to set the relevant parameters:

  • First - give the report a name eg ‘Weekly Logins report’

  • Set a reporting period. This will determine the date range your automated report will focus on eg Last 7 days, Last month, Last quarter etc

  • Set a Frequency. This will determine how often the automated report will arrive in your inbox

  • Finally, determine when the first copy of the report should arrive. Once set, the next reports will arrive on the same weekday and time following the frequency set. EG if I set an automated report to be delivered every week, first first report to be sent on Monday at 9 am, then the following report will be sent in exactly a week’s time - next Monday at 9 am

  1. To confirm the report details > hit SAVE

  2. The page will refresh and a notification will appear to confirm the report has been scheduled

To edit or delete a scheduled report, use the Scheduled Reports section that can be found on the menu on the left-hand side:

In this section, you will find list all previously scheduled reports, with the following options for each:

  • See the name, type, recipient, frequency and next scheduled date of the report

  • An option to view a log of previously delivered reports:

  • An option to edit the report. This will allow you to edit things like report frequency, add extra recipients and amend the report schedule. Make sure to click FINISH once all 3 sections have been completed

  • An option to duplicate the report

  • And an option to Delete the scheduled report

USEFUL:

If there a long list of reports on this page, you could use the helpful search button on the right hand side to find the relevant report:

Additional Scheduled reports

There are 3 further reports that can be scheduled from only from the Scheduled Reports page. To access them, use the ‘Add Scheduled Report’ button on the right hand side on the page:

A pop-up window will appear, with a choice of 3 reports:

  • Customer Summary Report - will be an Excel spreadsheet with data for New User logins, Repeat user logins, Total Logins, Unique Users and New marketable data

  • Customer Presence Summary Report - will be an Excel spreadsheet with 3 separate tabs:

  • Footfall Last 7 days

  • Converted Last 7 days

  • Conversion % Last 7 days

  • Customer Offline Report - will be an Excel spreadsheet with a list of Venues that have not had any logins within the chosen date range
