Venues Report Explained

Standard Reports > Venues

The Venues report will show you a table view of relevant venues or venue groups selected with certain metrics per each venue/group.

The Venue Breakdown table will include following metrics per venue or venue group:

• Logins: Number of Wi-Fi logins (by new or repeat users).

• New Users: Number of users who logged into Wi-Fi for the first time.

• Opt-in Rate: Percentage of new users that opted in to receive marketing from the venue/venue group.

• Avg Logins per-User: Of the users that logged in to Wi-Fi 3 months earlier, the average number of times that they logged in in the following 3 months (including their first login).

• New Marketable Users: Number of new users that opted in to receive marketing from the venue/venue group and also provided an email address.

• Avg Dwell Mins (>10 mins): The average number of minutes that users who have logged into Wi-Fi (either on this visit or on a previous visit) remained in range of the presence sensor (only counting users seen for >10 mins).

• Devices (all): The number of devices detected by the presence sensor.

• Devices (>10 mins): The number of devices detected by the presence sensor (only counting devices seen for >10 mins).

• Conversion Rate (>10 mins): The percentage of the devices detected by the presence sensor that were seen for >10 mins

The charts that can be further filtered by:

• Date range you want to see the data for:

• Venue Group or individual venue:

USEFUL: 

• Each chart will have a ? icon in the top right corner that will provide helpful information about the report and an option to Download the chart into an Excel document

• In the top right corner, you will also see buttons to Schedule the Demographics report to automatically be delivered to a user’s email address and a download button to generate a PDF copy of the Logins report. See more information about scheduling reports here.
