How to Login to Insights

What is the Insights Platform?

Insights is Wireless Social’s own reporting portal. We have developed this platform with our operators in mind to really give you the best out of using our service. These reports are beneficial in aiding your marketing, operational and financial  teams. Insights  provides more flexibility in allowing you to view, draw and segment data statistics and venue comparisons. The platform is broken down into reports which you can customise, download or schedule to be sent to you and your team(s). 

How to log on:

The link to the Insights dashboard is:

Your personal login details will be sent to your requested email address(s) when you are first onboarded. You can reset your password by following the 'forgotten password’ link on the login page.

If you don’t have login details or are having trouble logging in, please contact our Customer Success team at and they’ll be happy to assist.



Once logged on, you will then be taken directly to the dashboard where you will be able to access ‘Standard Reports’‘Custom Reports’ (Reports you have created), ‘Scheduled Reports’ (Reports which are being sent to specific email addresses), ‘Calendars’ and more!
